4 Paws Animal Rescue Inc.
We are group on the Sunshine Coast operating under the auspices of the Maroochy Shire Council rescuing mainly from the shire pound which also serves the adjoining Caloundra Shire Council. We also take private surrenders and rescues. Always looking for foster carers and adoptive parents. Donations would be gratefully accepted via our website on a secure paypal connection. We receive no government funding.

Animal Welfare League of Queensland Inc.
The AWL takes care of approximately 10,000 strayed and abandoned animals annually from South East Queensland. The AWL receives no Government funding for welfare work, relying predominantly on the community for support. Please contact for more info.

Australian Working Dog Rescue Inc.
We are a non profit organisation whose primary function is to save working dog breeds from being euthanased in council pounds and shelters and find new homes for them. We cover the entire east coast of Australia which encompasses Qld, NSW and Vic.

Brave Companion Dog Rescue Inc
We are a not-for-profit group of volunteers located throughout Lockyer Valley, Ipswich and Somerset regions in South East Queensland, Australia. We formed to rescue and re-house the region's abandoned and unwanted dogs.

Jaws 'N' Paws
Jaws 'N' Paws was launched in March 2009 by a group of Rosewood residents to try and change the problem of stray and abandoned dogs, cats, and other animals in Rosewood, Ipswich and surrounding areas. The group aims to help stray animals find loving new homes, reunite lost pets with their owners, help people to place unwanted pets and focus on the education of the public as to their rights and obligations regarding pet ownership, such as de-sexing, worming, vaccinations, training, local council issues and general care. Jaw's 'N' Paws is run by volunteers who give up their valuable time.
